We’ll saddle up your order within 1-2 business days after payment clears (weekends and holidays excepted).

Delivered in 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
Delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS
Perfect for patient cowpokes who don’t mind a slower ride to save some dollars.

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas where the trail gets too rough.

Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn’t fit like a well-worn saddle, we’ll make it right! Here’s our straightforward returns policy:

Return Window

You’ve got 15 days from when your package arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Hold your horses! These items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and socks (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Good news! Our jeans, pants, shirts, and sweatshirts are all returnable as long as they meet the conditions above.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us First
Email [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number faster than a jackrabbit on hot sand!

Step 2: Pack It Up
Once approved, pack items securely (original packaging if possible) with a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Step 4: Wait for Processing
We’ll process returns quicker than a quick-draw artist (usually 3-5 business days after receipt).

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information

When your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing plus 5-10 business days for your bank to post it
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we messed up

Exchanges

Need a different size? Follow the same return process but specify “exchange” in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives looking like it survived a cattle stampede, email [email protected] immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”
