Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We stand behind our western wear like a cowboy stands behind his brand. You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they’re in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Now hold your horses there – some items can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and socks (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Note: Our jeans, pants, shirts, and sweatshirts are all returnable as long as they meet the conditions above.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a line dancer’s routine:

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, you’ll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Pack It Up: Once approved, pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it faster than a quick draw at high noon (usually within 3-5 business days).

Refund Information

When your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timing: Please allow:
    • 3-5 business days for us to process your return
    • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem! Follow the same return process above, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
